The Garmin Approach S12 sports watch features a new round design with a 1.3-inch, high-resolution, sunlight-readable monochrome display. Over 42,000 pre-installed courses worldwide with free updates. Automatically update the courses you play most often when you pair it with the Garmin Golf app.

Thanks to the built-in GPS and global course maps, you can view distances to different areas of the green, hazards, bunkers, doglegs and much more. Increase the text font size to make it easier to read the distance figures for the front, back and centre of the green.

The internal rechargeable battery provides up to 30 hours of battery life in GPS mode.

Can you change the strap on the Garmin Approach S12?

Yes. The Garmin Approach S12 uses 20 mm quick-release bands, so you can replace the original strap with other compatible bands of the same size. The strap included as standard is made of silicone. Garmin offers 20 mm bands in different materials and colours.

Can the Garmin Approach S12 track golf statistics?

Yes. In addition to keeping score, you can enable statistics tracking to record information such as putts, greens in regulation, fairways hit and penalty strokes. You can then compare rounds and track your progress using Garmin Golf™.

Is the Garmin Approach S12 compatible with Approach CT10 sensors?

Yes. You can pair the Approach S12 with Garmin Approach CT10 sensors installed on your clubs. These sensors allow the watch to automatically track shots and provide club statistics such as distance and accuracy. Approach CT10 sensors are sold separately.

Can the Garmin Approach S12 measure shot distance?

Yes. The watch allows you to manually start the Measure Shot feature after taking a shot and calculates the distance travelled as you walk towards the ball. If you use Approach CT10 sensors, you can also view previous shots.
