Return policy

Summary:

Items may be returned up to 15 days after receiving the order. They may be exchanged for another item or received a refund, at the customer's discretion.

Only new, unused, and perfect condition items may be returned, including all accessories, documentation, and original packaging.

Returns are not accepted on engraved, personalized, or specifically ordered products.

- STEPS TO FOLLOW -

1) If you wish to exchange or return an item or have any issues with your product, you must contact us by email at pedidos@buygolfspain.com or through our mobile phone +34 621 045 145 by call or via WhatsApp.

2) If you request a change of size, change of color, exchange for a similar model or for another product in the same category:

- The new product will be shipped free of charge up to 30 days after purchase.

- Shipping costs for previously purchased products to our warehouses are the customer's responsibility.

3) If it is a simple return

- Product returns are guaranteed up to 15 days after receiving your purchase.

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify that everything is in perfect condition (original products and packaging), we will refund the purchase price.

Recommendations:

• Secure the shipment with the shipping company : If the item arrives damaged at the warehouse, Buy Golf Spain reserves the right to refuse the merchandise.

• Use a courier service that allows tracking of the shipment : Buy Golf Spain will not refund items returned by the customer that do not arrive at Buy Golf Spain warehouses.

Please note:

We do not accept returns of products with obvious signs of use (bumps, stains, damage, etc.) even if they are within the return period.
